We can often offer rates even lower than the lowest rate offered by the hotel, as we sometimes have discounted room stays dependent on your length of stay. Is there a minimum budget I need to book through you?

We only have access to premium and luxury hotels, and therefore require a nightly budget of at least USD 300 per night. Occasionally rates will be lower than this depending on seasonality and destination.

Do you have any booking or service fees?

No. We receive a commission on the bookings made through us, and there are no service fees payable by you.

Do I pay you or the hotel?

You always pay the hotel directly. The only thing we handle on the payment side is the guarantee required by the hotel at the time of booking, which is standard practice for luxury reservations. Your actual stay is settled with the property, just as when booking direct.
